Curing & Vulcanization – 56 drum-type presses and flat-bed vulcanizers apply pressure and heat to crosslink the material.
Cutting & Trimming – Automatic and semi-automatic machines cut sheets to custom sizes and gasket shapes.
Inspection & Quality Control – Every batch is tested for hardness, tensile strength, elongation, and visual consistency.
Packing & Storage – Final products are packed securely and stored in our 1,930㎡ warehouse, ready for dispatch.
