Step 2: Sheeting and Calendering – Using heavy-duty calender machines, the mixed compound is pressed into a continuous sheet. This step controls the initial thickness and ensures a smooth surface texture.
Step 3: Curing & Vulcanization – This is the heart of the rubber sheet production process. We operate 56 drum-type curing presses (Rotocure) for long, continuous rolls and flat-bed vulcanizers for extra-thick sheets. Precise temperature and pressure control ensure optimal cross-linking.
Step 4: Cutting & Trimming – Automatic and semi-automatic machines cut sheets to custom sizes and gasket shapes.
Step 4: Inspection & Quality Control – Every batch is tested for hardness, tensile strength, elongation, and visual consistency.
Step 5: Packing & Storage – Final products are packed securely and stored in our 1,930㎡ warehouse, ready for dispatch.
